Welfare abuser

In todays society you would think that the welfare program would be better monitored. How is it that an alcoholic mother (who has already had her kids taken from her three times) can get a cheque, spend it all on alcohol instead of presents for her kids

In todays society you would think that the welfare program would be better monitored. How is it that an alcoholic mother (who has already had her kids taken from her three times) can get a cheque, spend it all on alcohol instead of presents for her kids for Christmas and get away with it? Where are the people who are supposed to be watching and making sure that this does not happen?? Where are the monthly visits from social workers? You are no kind of mother, give up your rights to these children so they can have the family they need.
