The sidewalks in front of Reflections and across the street are covered with wads of gum, hundreds of them. It's sickening to look at and I do not, for the life of me, understand why the city tolerates such unsanitary conditions. However, judging from the combined intelligence of City council, it'might be a tourist attraction of some sort.
