To the kind folks who broke into my apartment in mid-December: Thanks. You caused: a major blowup with roommate, the loss of a job interview, the loss of my deposit, the loss of a backpack I can’t afford to replace and the loss of my grandfather’s wallet

To the kind folks who broke into my apartment in mid-December: Thanks. You caused: a major blowup with roommate, the loss of a job interview, the loss of my deposit, the loss of a backpack I can’t afford to replace and the loss of my grandfather’s wallet. Now, what did you get out of it? You got my broken computer, my wallet containing $10, my credit card and debit card, which were both cancelled immediately. If the address book, wallet, daytimer, slippers and backpack are worth nothing to you, could you please return them?
