|Has anyone flying Air Canada lately noticed the long delays, lost baggage, and poor inflight service? I fly quite often and things are sliding down a slippery slope for this airline like never before. Every time I have flown into Toronto there are long waits to deplane. I've spent an hour waiting to access a gate, sitting in that tin can with no service whatsoever. You'd think that the FA's would at least serve some water knowing that a wait is in store? I've had my baggage arrive on much later flights too. Since you can no longer pack essential items in carry on this can leave you in a real mess. Finally, are they recruited their FA's from the leftovers of some failed fast food business? They are not friendly, move at their own pace (not yours honey), and spent their time chatting and not tending to passengers. They prounce around the cabin with attitide like they own the plane and are God's gift to us. Its time they shook their heads, they're nothing more than waitresses (yes, they earn about $28,000 a year) and dont even get a tip. Who would tip that kind of service? I think its time Air canada also ensured that those sky waitresses cleaned the toilets on those aircraft. My last flight, I informed the FA that the toilet accessible to only executive class cabin was dirty with urine on the floor, etc. She said "oh, I'll get in cleaned once we arrive in Halifax". Honey I didnt need it then you moron! Get your gloves on and clean it yourself you idiot.
