Our vote for president

The US election hits home

Posted on Wed, Feb 6, 2008 at 12:04 PM

By the end of Super Tuesday, I'd gotten so swept up in the US presidential race that I dug out my Yankee passport (I rock the duel thing, thanks to an American/Canadian dad/mom combo) and started poking around to figure out how I get signed up to vote. First stop, the Overseas Vote Foundation. At least I think Canada counts as overseas.

I'll keep you in the loop as this develops. Assuming I am allowed on the list, I'm gonna be asking you who to support. That way it'll be like Halifax's own vote for president. And—duh!—for freedom.
