City Hall comes clean…

Results promised, results delivered

Posted on Sun, Dec 3, 2006 at 2:05 PM

I'll admit it, I thought Scott Brison had better chances this weekend than the ever luvin' Halifax Regional Municipality. On Thursday around noon, I used the city's new online graffiti hotline to report some tags on municipal property. Namely, City Hall. I was sure the city would take more than the promised three days to deal with the graffiti, and Sunday around two o'clock I took a trip to City Hall to prove myself right. But lo and behold, three days later one of the tagged doors I reported has a nice new paint job. I was completely cynical and wrong. Until I walked a little further along Barrington Street.
