Building doom

Midtown Tower hits the wall

Nova Scotia's Court of Appeal made its ruling on the Midtown Tower case today, siding with the Utility and Review Board and against the 17-storey building's would-be developer. In short: Stick your skyscraper someplace else. (CBC has the story here.)

The decision clears the way for the URB to go ahead with the hearing about the United Gulf Development towers. (Here's some United Gulf background.)
