The long loved downtown hangout, with its dark corners and wingbacked chairs, managed to pull off its new location without a hitch, keeping that effortlessly warm atmosphere intact a few blocks from its previous digs. "It’s really the people that make the vibe at Tom's," says the bar's co-owner, Lynne Ferguson. "It's a little bit the look, but mostly the people." The kind of bar will a dedicated crew of regulars, Tom's serves lunch and dinner, as well as local craft beer, many a scotch and whatever other poison you've picked.
