Come for dessert, stay for the drinks. That seems to be the philosophy at play in this chic dessert bar. The dark leather, glass and chrome decor with pops of red, feels like a cherry bowl you'll want to get to the bottom of. Bartender Jenner Cormier serves up some of the best drinks in the city, putting an innovative twist on the classics and pulling out all the stops for his own signature creations. The Spoon is well oiled, owned and operated by husband and wife entrepreneurial team, Ciaran and Lacey Doherty.
