Pirate’s Tonic

Pirate’s Tonic

Ingredients
2 oz Mount Gay Eclipse Rum
1 ½ oz Don's Mix (2 parts grapefruit,1 part cinnamon syrup)
½ oz lime juice
tonic water


Method
Add all ingredients except tonic water to a set of shaker tins and shake until chilled and diluted.

Strain into a chilled Collins glass and garnish with lime and shaved nutmeg.
