Phil's Seafood
A restaurant dedicated to Phil Perrin's signature dish—fish and chips—Phil's Seafood was born out of The Melville Cove Snack Bar and opened its Quinpool location in 2003. Since then, the family restaurant has operated with under the belief that the classic Nova Scotian dish is all about "fresh fish, less batter and should sometimes come with a salad instead of chips."
