What I wouldn't give to look over in gridlock and see this.

Hey, you know that same Jason Statham movie that comes out every 10 months? Well, this time, Jennifer Lopez is needlessly crammed into the plot. Lo, we have Parker, the newest film adaptation of the crime novel series that also brought us Point Blank and Payback. Statham, as Parker, is a thief with a code not to steal from or hurt innocent people. Which is exactly the kind of high-maintenance bologna that gets him left for dead and seeking revenge against his former partners (the improbable team of Michael Chiklis, and The Wire's Wendell Pierce). Because Jennifer Lopez agreed to star in it, she plays a real estate agent that falls for Statham's Parker and helps him with his scheme for no logical, nor practical reason. Useful if you want to get out of the cold weather for a couple of hours.
