- And still we wait for the harbour solution.
Like a lingering bad smell, this issue hasn't gone anywhere. This time last year we were congratulating ourselves for the multi-million dollar Harbour Solutions Project which was already cleaning up hundreds of years of sewage in the harbour and marveling at Peter Kelly's swimsuit. But we all know how that's turned out.
