Linda Mosher is a piece of work. She’s forever personalizing what should be simple differences of political opinion. Mosher inappropriately chastised Jennifer Watts when Watts tried to use proper council procedures to amend several clauses in HRM By Design. Mosher is also largely the instigator in her ongoing battles with Hum, interrupting Hum with catcalls and rude remarks while Hum is speaking.

It’s Mosher’s MO: Rather than simply respectfully disagreeing with someone’s views, she descends into a seemingly permanent whine.

Her whiney act is getting old, but Mosher maintains her C- grade for two reasons: First, she was Johnny on the Spot during the Spryfield fire, and worked hard to connect residents to the services they needed. Second, Mosher took a principled stand and resigned from the Tax Reform Committee when she was frustrated with the infighting and indecision on that body.

Unfortunately, Mosher’s resignation just gave her something else to whine about, so there’s that.

I like Linda. Easy on the eyes and she responds promptly to calls/emails.
