Halifamous Foodies: Evany Rosen 

In anticipation of the opening of the Seaport Farmers’ Market, we asked prominent Haligonians about the grub that gets their mouths watering.


Evany Rosen (Comedian)
When I was 10 my Dad took me to a small island off Plymouth, Massachussetts, and taught me how to shuck fresh oysters with a flathead screw driver and a potholder. To this day, my favourite thing to eat in summer are raw oysters with whiskey sours. A somewhat douche-y but totally delightful treat.
