Everything in Elsie's is on consignment and owner Maureen Elsie Court gets in so much stuff and it goes so quickly she hardly has time to do her own designs these days. "My stock changes so quickly and different people come in each day, some with things they have made," she reports. "I am always happy to carry local goods, but they come and they go." Now expanded to a second floor, with a lot more of everything.
