I retired from the RCMP in 2011, and in 2012, I had a discussion with my business manager to discuss how someone gets started in opening their own business. She answered, "That's simple. You just figure out your passion."

For me, that was easy. I love helping people succeed in their careers. And the next thing I knew, Connie's Career Coaching was born.

I work with people who are faced with a career challenge. I help with writing resumes and cover letters, and I provide interview coaching as well. Over and above those services, I specialize in coaching RCMP Applicants as they prepare for their Regular Member Selection Interview.

I work one-on-one with my clients to achieve their desired result. I don't write resumes and cover letters, I teach clients how to interpret the job poster so they can target their resume directly to that job. I don't just provide interview tips, I conduct a mock interview to help them prepare for their interview.

My goal isn't all about the number of clients that I can get or how quickly I can move them's about working with people to get them started and to help them achieve their ultimate career goal.
