This was the first declared gourmet burger joint in the HRM. Opened by former Royal Canadian Navy chef Bill Pratt, it offers, as the name says, high-end burgers and poutine. The selection of fresh and local gourmet burger toppings include triple bacon, lamb, pork, caramelized pineapple, cheese curds, sliced cucumber, cilantro and a belly load more.
