CarShareHFX

An alternative to renting or even owning a car, CarShareHFX is a membership-based program that allows 24/7 self-serve access to a fleet of vehicles located across the city. CarShareHFX cars take or keep approximately nine cars off the road for each of theirs, thereby decreasing GHG emissions (and you won't have to worry about the winter parking ban). In 2011 they partnered with Quebec's Communauto to allow for better rates and a bigger fleet.
