Broken fountain near public garden entrance on Spring Garden Road

If you’ll look to the fountain near the Public Gardens’ new entrance on Spring Garden, you’ll see the wonder and majesty of flowing water. Here it comes. Like a geyser of majesty, folks...about to gush forth…very, very soon…uh…hmm. What the hell?

Remarks: A fountain without water is like a 2001 Chilean shiraz: dry, and unpleasant. Am I right? Who’s with me? McKee says the fountain was working, but the motor on the pump burned out. Drag. However, there is a new motor, and McKee says it’ll be installed before the park closes for the winter. “Actually, we can run it right up until freezing, even after the park closes, because we lost October.” Yaaay! This calls for a shiraz!
