Lil MacPherson and Chrtistine Bower’s restaurant rocking the corner of Grafton and Prince offers dishes with organic and locally grown ingredients as part of their culinary manifesto. As they explain on their website: “By using locally grown organic produce we not only ensure the quality of the food we serve so far as this is possible, but we provide material support for the local farmers who share our commitments to human health and the environment.” And locally grown food also means plenty of vegetarian and/or vegan options, including the roasted chickpea salad and the Japanese tofu dumplings.
