Sushi lovers sorely missed it and, to everyone’s delight, it’s back. “We appreciate that a lot of our regular customers came back,” says Richard Wu, chef and co-owner of Wasabi House with his wife, Michelle Lin. “We just want to say thank you.” Wu says he doesn’t like to compare his restaurant to other sushi restaurants; he just consistently works to make the best food for the people.
