One of the biggest, greenest tables at the Market, Ted Hutten brings a host of fresh herbs and vegetables, with specialty items for local Asian restaurants, depending on the season. Inquire after spinach, beets, onions, squash, kale snap peas, fennel, broccoli, nappa cabbage, eggplant, zucchini, kohlrabi, carrots, spinach, leaf and Boston salad mixes, cilantro and dill, apples, peaches, plums, pears, cherry tomatoes, strawberries, cherries and more. And remember to ask about their Community Supported Agriculture program, to get a box of seasonal food delivered.
