It's an excellent arrangement: Cheelin Restaurant's location at the Farmers' Market building means that it can take advantage of the local produce and ingredients that come in with the region's farmers every Saturday morning. Then, while the restaurant is closed Saturday morning the stall in the main room brings the Szechuan and Beijing specialties served up to those who build up an appetite while shopping for food. And really, who doesn't?
