We have a theory as to why Venus has owned this category for a few years. Sure, there’s the authenticity of the shawarma and the freshness of the ingredients (chicken or beef, tomato, lettuce, pickles, pickled beets). But we think the real draw is that unbelievable garlic sauce. It’s like nothing found in nature, a creamy, palate-pleasing concoction of garlic pleasure. We’d bathe in it if we could. Yes, that’s right.
