To understand the popularity of this place, it's best to share with you a few items from the new Fid Resto menu (though dishes are subject to change with the seasons): Broiled steelhead trout with tomato, puff pastry and arugula. A large salad of Teddy's spinach, caramelized pears, walnuts, wasabi peas and goose confit. Marinated atlantic salmon with fennel. Caramelized sea scallops with pork belly, salsify and spinach. Sweet parsnip soup. (Hungry yet?)
