For the second year running, the French-accented fine dining spot in Lunenburg gets the Coast readers’ nod for best destination resto. Chef Martin Ruiz Salvador has experience in working in kitchens in Nova Scotia, Lyon, Dublin and in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he studied. The man knows what he’s doing, so make sure to give Fleur De Sel a visit when you’re down on the South Shore.
