If the lineups to get in to Il Mercato are any indication, it’s no big surprise that you picked it as Metro’s best established restaurant. Everyone you talk to seems to have a favourite dish they go back for time and time again, although manager Sean Neil reports that one of the biggest sellers ispork tenderloin with sherry chive crème sauce and roasted garlic. (Neil then emitted a small moaning sound that pretty much says it all.)
