Chef Hans Gerstenecker says it’s a toss up between two dishes for which is most popular at his busy eatery that borders Cole Harbour: the Cajun chicken fettuccini (with a tomato-based Italian sauce and lots of garlic, which he says is “a little spicy”) and the chicken mushroom pappardelle (with a roasted garlic cream sauce).
