Rosie Porter owned the gold spot in this category from 2005 through 2010, but then in 2011 and 2012 she dipped slightly, still landing on the podium but in silver position. This year, however, Porter’s back on top. An agent with Royal LePage, she gets much of her business through old-fashioned word-of-mouth referrals, but we’re pretty big fans of her Rosie the Riveter-inspired advertising. Readers are still sold on last year’s gold-winner, HomeLife Atlantic’s Marco DiQuinzio, awarding him the the silver this year, while Robert Scanlan of Chalet Realty takes bronze.
