Best Place To Rollerblade 

Halifax Common

The Common is triumphant yet again, this time beating out both “nowhere” and Duke St. as the Best Place to Rollerblade. For beginner rollerbladers especially, the Common supplies one of the few flat, paved and car-free zones in which to practise. The only hazards are jackasses who insist on walking three-abreast along the paths, forcing you to fall swearingly onto the grass and stain your knees.

1st runner-up: Nowhere

2nd runner-up: Duke Street
