How You Doin'?

We failed to be thunderstruck by this year’s Joey Tribbiani tribute, the Brooklynesque “How YOU doin’?” So we checked in with Halifax’s preeminent pick-up practitioner, Hotaction.ca’s Philip Clark, who told us that 90 percent of the pick-up art is non-verbal. Says Phil, “If you can’t pick up on the physical signals, no pick-up line is gonna save your horny, desperate ass.” Dismiss this year’s winner as 2004’s “Duuude!” and quit watching so much damn TV. Next year we’re looking for a more refined winner.
