Sitting in the sun on the patio at Your Father’s Moustache feels more like a resort than a downtown resto. “It’s an oasis in the city,” says manager Shane Robilliard. If the sun is out in Halifax, the patio is sure to be packed (with a line down the stairs). From craft beer brewed downstairs at Rock Bottom, to their signature cocktail, the Sour Stache, you can drink anything under the sun. “We probably sell more Corona than anyone in the city,” says Robilliard. They’ve even added 20 more chairs this year to accommodate the crazy demand for rooftop hangouts. Summer means patio which means almost double the sales for the Moustache. With a full bar, heaters and fireplaces, you’ll never have to leave.
