For those who don’t know, Jamie Lynn Chediac is a three-time winner in the Best of Halifax, a registered massage therapist, and Sore Spots is her establishment. She offers massage therapy as injury rehabilitation as well as for pure relaxation/stress relief, and her therapists can come to you, if your office is in need of their healing hands. Chediac’s also a yoga instructor and volunteers as a doula.
