They say a “real” martini is made with only gin and vermouth. However, the Bitter End’s customers want more. Changes are made to the martini menu every eight months or so, but if you want something that’s not on the list, just ask! Like a lot of great food and drink, the Bitter End’s martinis are the best because they contain quality ingredients. The bartenders care about their creations and want them to taste delicious. “Bartending is an art, not a science,” says owner Michael Leigh.
