The neighbourhood to find Local Jo is where Oxford runs through the north end, a great place for kids of all ages to hang out. (That means you, too.) The play area upstairs is a favourite, with a padded floor---for the more acrobatic rugrat---and lots of toys, and if the kids build up an appetite in the cafe, there are plenty of kids' meals options, including kid-size pizza, kid-size drinks and a lunch special served in a little plastic boat (including raisins, apple slices, cheese slices and bread) .
