Big jewellery is in, but the price of gold is climbing. Don’t worry though, Fireworks is on it. Manager Leslie Lawrence says artists are getting more creative by blending metals and working with materials like pewter to ensure your bling can still stop traffic. Among her most popular are long, dramatic earrings, crystal-accented leather wrap bracelets from Chicago-based designer Nakamol and stacker rings. In contrast to this bohemian chic, ultra-classy, ’60s style, pearls are also in high demand. “You’ll get all the price points,” adds Lawrence, who says you can shine on in Fireworks’ gems without going broke. “We’re a little bit of everything.”
