The masterminds that run il Mercato looove Italian food. Manager Sean Neil realizes that pasta is something everyone can do at home. It’s the thought, care and respect for really good food that keeps people coming back. Dishes are traditional, sauces are made with real ingredients, and so on. Neil says the boss would rather take an item off the menu than settle for second best. il Mercato doesn’t take shortcuts, and that’s why they’re the Best Italian in town.
