Maurizio and Stephanie Bertossi have been dishing out award-winning tastes of Italia for years. Their simplistic, yet detailed approach to presentation, decor and flavour earn all four of their restaurants an authentic trattoria experience. Risorante a Mano looks to bring “tradition right to your table,” for either an intimate date night or a chatty get-together. “We love our customers,” says manager Lorinda Thomas. “We’re happy to see them enjoying the food we bring so much passion to.” Thomas says the staff is just following the path that Bertossis have laid out. “Maurizio uses the recipes passed down from his mother,” she says. “He’s eaten and made these his whole life.” The Bertossis aren’t slowing down and, in true Italian fashion, they’re always inviting us back to feast.
