Open only from May to October, people will have to form their own opinions with this PEI-turned-nationwide-chain’s style of humour and merchandise (the cow toque is pretty cute), but the ice cream has been spoken for. And it’s not just people in Halifax who think it’s the best---Cows was named Canada’s best ice cream by Reader’s Digest and the world’s best ice cream by Tauck World Discovery.
