The north end’s dancingest bar is stoked to grab the reader-voted gold this year. “We are honoured to be voted as Best Gay Bar,” says Menz’ David Landry. “We strive to provide a clean, safe and respectful environment.” In addition to multiple DJ nights, Menz also puts on rock shows, hosts karaoke and various events in its handful of rooms, including readings for DaPoPo Theatre’s annual Live-In. “We are committed to offer this kind of space to our diverse community members to socialize, network and have fun,” says Landry. “We would like to thank all our patrons for their continued support.”
