Yes, you’re reading correctly. Reflections has somehow been knocked off of its longtime throne and it’s time for Gottingen Street fixture Menz & Mollyz to take a seat. Last spring brought a change in management for the north end bar—longtime co-owner Doug Melanson stepped down, leaving the venue solely in co-owner David Landry’s capable hands, and he’s been committed to growing Menz’s role as a warm and welcoming community space, and an amazing place to party. That means bringing in more live music, killer DJs, drink specials and special events, plus giving back to community organizations.
