After Bud the Spud closed shop, someone had to take the title of Best Fries. And what better someone than the Battered Fish? Home cut fries are made fresh daily. The fries are made from burbank russet potatoes, cut with a shoestring chip cutter (so it absorbs less oil), and served with signature sauces chili and wasabi mayo. This two-year old establishment has three locations: one open year-round in Scotia Square and two seasonal locations on the waterfront and at 766 Bedford Highway.
