Best Festival

Last summer was the Jazz Fest’s last stand at the corner of Queen and Spring Garden, the tent and music the best use for a parking lot ever. The list of bands attending got more diverse, with more musicians whose music could be described as “world,” as well as a a dose of hip hop, thanks to De La Soul. In 2011 the move was made to the waterfront, though the spirit of diverse and rich sounds continues.
