Not to mention the incredible selection of boxed sets and the thorough documentary section, which, according to owner Tom Mitchell, takes up about 20 to 25 percent of the store’s floor space. But what makes the Dif’ really special is that the staff listens to you. Mitchell says their customer request program has become really popular. And it’s easy.
