Winning in three separate categories means they're doing something right. Scratch that, they're doing a lot of things right and doing it all the time. That they scooped the same three from last year, shows a welcome consistency. As we have remarked upon, there is magic in that linguini, the tomato and the fromaggi, in the atmosphere, the excellent service and the high quality for a reasonable price. And on the dessert front, it's a pasty chef doing the good work, creating unforgettable Italian tastes in the tiramisu, zucotto (a five-layer, chocolate and vanilla sponge/mousse cake), gelato, cheese cakes, tarts and sorbets.
