Garrison has hopped its way over Propeller, taking first place this year. Brewmaster Daniel Girard credits the victory to the synergy of the staff at Garrison. “All members of the staff contribute to our success,” he says, adding that he and the rest of the crew over at Garrison are creative in coming up with new flavours. “We try to experiment a lot and people from the region seem really up to try new flavours.” However, when asked to choose his personal fave he was stumped. “That’s like asking a mother which of her children she likes the most,” laughs Girard. No matter which of Garrison’s delicious brews you choose, it’s sure to go down smooth.
