Joe Fougere has garnered your favour as top cop seven years in a row. And who are we (law-abiding Coast writers all) to argue with those kinds of numbers? Fougere devotes his time to keeping the SuperCity’s port safe and sound from all the frightening things you may have heard about on the news recently. He’s doing a fine job down there, too, just as he does with this category each year, winning it hands down. Or should we say, as those in the blue uniform might, “hands up!”
