Co-owner Jeremy MacNeil sings a familiar song with so many shops this year: sales are a little down. The good news is that the popular computer store's service business has spiked, and it's not because the products are being manufactured with less quality control, MacNeil assures us. "Everyone is feeling the squeeze of the economy so people are trying to get a little extra life out of older computers," he says. Looking forward, December is sure to be busy, check their website (greenlyph.com) for regular sales and deals.
