Gold Winner The Great Wall Restaurant
Silver Winner Jean’s Chinese
Bronze Winner Fan's
People like it simple, says manager Patrick Wong. The Great Wall’s approach to service is down-to-earth: serve lots of people, offer lots of combinations and provide lunch specials for busy office workers and students. What’s good? Ginger fried beef is a house specialty, and you can grab the usual fare like chicken balls and egg rolls if you’re out for old favourites. However, The Great Wall also boasts authentic Chinese food like Peking-style spare ribs and barbecue duck. No Chinese joint would be complete without dim sum—The Great Wall’s Best of Food Hall of Fame menu comes out on Sundays.
